The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is part of the LEADALKO Capacity Building Project. It addresses the need for leadership development in Albanian and Kosovan universities through:  Development of training materials and resources to support the programme.

 Identification and preparation of dedicated facilities for program delivery.

 Learning through networking meetings, lectures from visiting speakers, action learning sets, and national change projects.

 Staff training workshops for university personnel responsible for implementing the programme.

The program will be delivered in English by staff trained in train-the-trainer workshops, with support and evaluation from EU partners.
